The International Architectural Forum is an annual B2B event that brings together about 200 participants, business people, Ukrainian and foreign professionals in architecture and design, real estate, construction and related segments. From 2012 to 2018, the Commercial Property magazine successfully held seven International Architectural Forums. The event proved to be effective and became a platform for demonstrating leading trends and achievements in architecture and development, training and exchange of experience as well as forging business contacts.

The program of the International Architectural Forum includes reports of foreign and Ukrainian architects (LivePresentations) and presentations of the latest technologies and products (ProductShowcases) as well as discussions (DiscussionPanels / ArchitectureTalks) and case-marathons - short 5-minute speeches focused on specific topics. Traditionally, at the end of the event, participants are invited to enjoy informal communication at a private VIP Cocktail party.

A competition among architects is an innovation of the International Architectural Forum in 2019.
